Back in June I had to take myself the ER due to an acute injury to my foot and I have emetephobia as well as a significant fear of germs. I did not have to wait at all, they took me right to a bed in a room by myself, thank goodness. I was afraid and had severe anxiety which I didn’t clearly tell anyone. I was indeed there for a couple of hours and I was afraid to use the bathroom because of my phobia. Sat in the ER for 6 hours. Saw her 1 time for 5 minutes and then nothing, and I am still waiting to get discharged. Terrible doctor.
