I have seen her twice ,and both times she was very kind and caring .
Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Alexandra Shoemaker PA-C was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Has anyone else had such an awful experience? No concern about patients. The wait was horrible and once I was seen she was short seem like she had no time to discuss my illness or what my next step. I have been a patient at Baptist for a very long time and always been treated with respect until I was seen by Shoemaker.
She was extremely late. Waited a long time. Not helpful at all.
