Dr Longhurst is very knowledgeable, caring and supportive. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice but they do not bulk bill.
I have been a patient of this practice for 43yrs and have always been extremely happy with the care from doctors & reception staff. Today I saw Dr Longhurst for the first time & he was amazing! I felt like he really listened to me & explained his diagnosis & treatment & made sure I understood what to look out for while recovering. Catherine & Lynne are always helpful, just a nice atmosphere when you're feeling unwell
We were sent to a new Dr Aung. He was very friendly and correct, but we had to guide him through the whole visit and keep reminding him why we're there and to actually do something about it. Finally he asked the computer and said that the computer says he can only prescribe a gel and we need more visits before anything that will actually work can be done. Went to a bunch of pharmacies that didn't have it, only for the 7th pharmacy to say the gel has been off the supplier list for years. Phone the drs office again, just to be... read more
