Found the dentists to be pretty dismissive and condescending and the previous dental hygienist to be quite rude. Weird system for appointments after covid. Wouldn't recommend.
Poor management, had to reschedule 2 dental appointments due to cancer treatment and was removed from the register due to too many cancellations. Load of crap, what a way to run a dental practise.
Anytime I was in was very chaotic and busy and felt rushed
Amazing customer care from all staff. Highly recommend this practice.
