Very nice, professional, caring... Very approachable...down to earth personality... always pleasant, knowledgeable..Dr Otto is an asset to the medical profession...Dr Otto makes me feel relaxed because she explains all findings & treatment...wish her the very best in all her works...
Dr. Otto is very knowledgeable and friendly, I am glad I found a great doctor. Dr. Otto listened to all your concerns and gave me options for what we can do. She made the whole process easy. Found my favorite place. Forever thankful to have found her and I have seen other Doctors when she is not available and honestly everyone has given me good care and attention. You can't go wrong with any of them.
As a new patient, it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly staff who assisted with my check in at Dr Alexandra Otto’s office in Winter Park. Barbara took me back to examining room and took my blood pressure and asked additional health questions for my file including my current medications and medical history and the reason for my visit, among others. My experience at this office was excellent. Very little time passed between arriving and being taken in the back. The place was clean, modern, and very relaxing. I was pleased with the time and and attention I was given by Dr. Otto. All my questions were addressed and I left feeling great about selecting this practice for my medical needs. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Otto.
