I was referred to neurologist Dr Green but somehow was booked with Mark Payne after MRI results showed significant changes in my brain, including findings suggestive of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. At my initial appointment, he dismissed the MRI findings, stating that radiologists “get carried away,” and did not investigate further. If I could give negative stars I would…the whole environment was set up wrong. Could hear other patients conversations with the doctors in the waiting room. He was speaking to them so rudely so I braced myself for what was to come. It appeared he didn’t even read my file as the first thing he said to me was “why are you here” and it wasn’t in a nice way.
