If I could give negative stars I would…the whole environment was set up wrong. Could hear other patients conversations with the doctors in the waiting room. He was speaking to them so rudely so I braced myself for what was to come. It appeared he didn’t even read my file as the first thing he said to me was “why are you here” and it wasn’t in a nice way. Yrs of hospital admission and other neurologist telling me all different things over the last 5 yrs and getting worse. Dr Bertagul is kind , caring and went out of her way in seeing me, getting to know what's going on with me and my health. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
