I had a good primary care appointment with Dr Mitchell, but the billing completely overshadowed the experience. The visit was coded in a way that resulted in hundreds of dollars in charges for what should have been a routine primary care visit. Rude staff, they randomly cancel appointments and good luck getting rescheduled unless you enjoy 3-4 month wait times.
Dr Mitchell is a good doctor. Very nice and trauma informed.
She refused to treat my infant who was in distress because we were late 20 minutes due to unforseen circumstances.
