She is a great doctor. Super straight to the point and knowledgeable. She is very empathetic towards your needs and does her best to try to help resolve any issues. One of the best doctors. I can’t speak on the other staff since I always see new faces. However, with company changes it can be off putting but she makes it worthwhile
I had a good primary care appointment with Alexandra, but the billing completely overshadowed the experience. The visit was coded in a way that resulted in hundreds of dollars in charges for what should have been a routine primary care visit. I was also charged for simply answering and discussing the required intake questionnaires. If you choose this clinic, be aware that asking questions or engaging in conversation during your appointment may lead to significant additional charges.
