I’ve been wanting a permanent hand chain for the longest. Couldn’t find a place that I liked until I came to Alexandra Marks!!! From the phone call to my arrival they were amazing. Ashlee (my new BFF) was absolutely great and so helpful. She was patient with me with picking out my jewelry and very professional. Liz was great explaining everything I needed to know and giving me tips on how to care for my jewelry. Jessica was great as well. Shout out to Lis, Friday, and Kendall! They were suuuper helpful, and informative. Would help explain anything to the T! Friday was very patient with adjusting the length, and would make sure you get it however you need. Lis was very friendly, fun and warm, and with Kendall they both helped a lot with my decision making also! The facility is very clean, they even offer complimentary wine or water. I was very satisfied, and would definitely be coming back for more charms!! Highly recommend <3
