Kendall, Lis, Amelia, Kit, and especially Maddie were all so welcoming and fun helping me pick something out. They even offered me wine! What a great experience.

Had an appointment and they just kept letting other parties ahead of us. Made us pay ahead of time, and then waited nearly an hour past our appointment before throwing in the towel and asking for a refund. I’d avoid this location.
I came here with my boyfriend (with appointment) about a week ago for an anniversary and this place was all good vibes! The staff were very welcoming when you walked in. They ask what you’re in for (in this case permanent bracelets) and then display a few options. They didn’t pressure us to pick just any piece which I appreciated.
