We had the BEST experience with Alexander Marks Jewelry for my friend’s birthday! 💕✨ Kit and Liz were absolutely amazing! They made the experience fun, special, and memorable, and we are obsessed with our permanent bracelets! 🥰 The perfect birthday activity and such a cute way to create a lasting memory together. Liz and Kit at the division location were amazing 10 out of 10 Kit was so personable. She helped me find a perfect size to my bracelet. Liz offered us champagne and water and she is amazing
Wicker Park Location Highly Recommend My mom and I went a few days ago to get our first permanent bracelets and it was such a good experience! We went in to just take a look, and left with a bracelet each. The staff were so nice and patient with us as we contemplated which bracelet to choose, sizing, and asked questions. Don’t recommend!! Me and my husband purchased permanent bracelets here in June, and we’ve already had multiple issues. I’ve personally had to return twice for repairs, while he has also had his repaired, and now mine has completely broken off (its September…) Considering these are advertised as repairable, I expected much better quality and durability for the price.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a necklace from there. The package never arrived at my apartment. And when I asked for a refund or my package sent out again I was denied. They are not replacing an item I never received or refunding me. Horrible customer service and will never be shopping here again.
