There are no hours of operation either because they are lazy or just don't care.i call the number and it say the number is temporarily out of service like my nieces phone after she doesn't do her chores.if they can't update their hours of operation or get a legit phone number for their business I wouldn't be so sure about their concern for your eyes.i need to see.the end

Earlier this week I took 2 of my girls we waited to be acknowledged to check in and the tone of voice and sarcasm the girl used while speaking to us. Anything you ask her she says I DON'T KNOW and has a sarcastic remark! I gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was having a bad day, it happens. I WOULD GIVE NO STAR!!!! I recently had an appointment at this location for myself and my daughter. My daughter has been here before but I had recently had new insurance and was not sure if they accepted my insurance. I called made an appointment and asked if they accept it, the girl who answered said yes they do. So I scheduled for a week out for myself and my daughter.
