Was unaware of what medication my wife was on prior to coming into the hospital. Dr Kadl continued to call the treatment my wife received by the incorrect name which only emphasized the fact that Dr Kadl did not know, nor did she spend a minute looking for, what this treatment was and if my wife could be having a reaction to it. 3 years ago she literally was my guardian angel!! She and her staff at the Covid ICU at UVA are the only reason I am here today!!
Dr Kadl is very knowledgeable about long Covid in my experience. She is very encouraging, listens to me and understand the words I use about how i feel in relation to long Covid. She provides hope and patience.
