This GP practice behaves as though it is above the law. Receptionists block access, doctors are hidden behind triage, and patients with serious conditions are pushed into a vicious circle between GP and A&E. The NHS Constitution guarantees timely access to care, but here you are denied appointments and left to suffer. This isn’t healthcare
You don't pick up the telephone and not give me medicine then do not have a ppointment be ready you make fun of the patient.
I am really dissapointed about their service
Gross incompetence and negligence. These morons have failed to keep my records updated since 2022, meaning I cannot request a copy of any results from appointments that took place since then. How is this GP legaly allowed to provide "service" to the public? Their service is pathetic and embarrassing.
