You don't pick up the telephone and not give me medicine then do not have a ppointment be ready you make fun of the patient.
I am really dissapointed about their service
Gross incompetence and negligence. These morons have failed to keep my records updated since 2022, meaning I cannot request a copy of any results from appointments that took place since then. How is this GP legaly allowed to provide "service" to the public? Their service is pathetic and embarrassing.
absolutely impossible to get through to book an appointment. Often over 100 calls so the system just logs you off. It seems they use the phone system to reduce their demand. People just give up. My issue was not urgent, but it might have been. my experience of the clinical side has been very good. Just an appalling contact system.
