I'm rather disappointed in this doctor. I have a loved one under her care. My loved one can't see her new psychiatrist until December and the Dr refuses to authorize refills for her meds. Now, something as simple as an additional sleep aid, and once again, she's blown off by her. I have never had an issue with my family Dr, and she, too is with Aurora. My loved one has been told she's 'complex' level of care. OK? How hard is it to authorize refills on psych meds? And if I'm not mistaken, it's the primary doctor's job to help... read more
