Alexandra rules! I’ve found her to be extremely helpful whether it’s dealing with releasing tension, muscle aches, or addressing the general emotional heaviness that sometimes comes with having a body. She’s got an intuitive touch, gentle energy and is extremely knowledgeable/focused in her practice. Whenever I leave her space I feel restored. 10/10 would highly recommend.
