I was pleased with the short wait time, especially compared to other providers. However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency in their billing practices. A few weeks after my wellness visit, I received a bill with a copay balance. When I called to inquire, I was informed that new patients are billed for an office visit in addition to the wellness visit.
