Such a fantastic experience at Alexandra Family Medical yesterday! Everyone was super kind and the service was top-notch. Even though the doctor's schedule was packed, the reception team totally went above and beyond to get me in with a nurse. I felt really looked after, not just left hanging, which was awesome. Disgusting service from Rachel on reception who had an attitude towards a patient and her daughter. She even went as far as to inform the pharmacy that there wasn’t any script/medication for that patient. Amazing doctors and nurses though can’t fault them at all!
Wonderful, helpful receptionists, nursing staff and especially my Gp's.
Great service. I got a call to remind me I was meant to be at an appointment. Above & beyond. Thanks.
