I’m writing this review on behalf of my Parents. No complaints regarding Dr. Ward, but her Nurse Practitioner is a rude and condescending individual. Needless to say, my parents walked out of the scheduled appt.
I LOVE this doctor. She is knowledgable, down to earth, relatable and incredibly efficient. I love a doctor who makes me feel like we have all the time in the world but doesn't take all the time in the world. She was very thorough and still got me in and out quickly without me feeling like I was being booted out the door. Super grateful I was referred to her and not anyone else.
Dr. Ward is a wonderful doctor. She explains the issues, answers your questions, and is very quick to answer messages. She calls the hospital for you to make sure you are getting the care you need. You could not ask for more from a doctor.
