Dr. Puente was great. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made a plan of action to address each concern I raised. I felt she went above and beyond to help me. 10/10!
I arrived on time, where Netzie was training a new lady. They were both very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I had just taken a seat to wait to be called, when the medical assistant, called me in. She was gentle, kind, very pleasant, and professional. I asked her name 3 times, she told me her name 3 times, and I still forgot it. Dr. Puenta was wonderful. She listened, we talked, she was very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I left feeling well cared for, and trust for Dr. Puenta. Thank you
