Worst appointment scheduling process. First you book online, then call them to confirm the same appointment. If you don’t, they’ll cancel the appointment, which totally ruins the purpose of being “online”
Brought my 4 year old ferret for a check up and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The vet answered all of our questions and reassured us. We were greeted and everyone was so welcoming and nice. They handled my ferret with care and was so gentle. Will be coming back for future visits. Thank you.
The front desk is very nice and helpful, and the technician staff is wonderful. They did a great job recently with one of my cats who is not particularly friendly, and were able to get everything done with minimal stress to her. We saw Dr Jaffe, who I haven’t seen before, and he was very patient and caring with my pet.
If I could give 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond taking time and care with my Senior cat Calliope. The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming. The vet and and assistants are incredible, professional and exceptionally easy to communicate with and understand. I want to thank everyone for making the visit so simple and helpful. It's taken a huge load off my of shoulders. ✌️
