Typically when you need a tow truck you're already having a bad day, and mine was made worse by needing to tow a finicky old Italian car from lovely Hocking Hills. John showed up in 10 minutes, assessed the situation, then expertly and safely loaded my Ferrari roadside for it's ride up to Ferrari Columbus. Thank you for the help!!

We were blessed to have John for the Estep's driver. Very courteous and friendly. After he was finished helping us I shook his hand and said it's great to meet very good people. Wish I could give more stars. Thank you again John!

Whomever was hauling a vehicle down Horns Mill Rd tonight, needs to learn how to drive. Driver turned right onto Swartz Mill Rd. in front of us, then proceeded to back up onto Horns Mill Rd. cutting us off, which is an illegal action. It's a good thing we stopped or there would have been an accident. Do better.

WARNING – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely the worst roadside service experience we’ve ever had. We requested help and were promised a 30-minute arrival. After waiting over an hour with no sign of help, we called for an update—they ignored us, then after a while we have received a text back, where they lied about the ETA again ,and eventually BLOCKED our number. John arrived promptly to tow me, my wife, and daughter from Lancaster to The Plains. A Life saver! The rate was very reasonable, a lot less than I guessed it would be. These guys are great. Great conversations. No doubt I would call them again.
