Had to get my truck towed 60 miles home from a dealership. The process was smooth. From the guy who answered the phone to the guy that towed my truck, and they updated me with the ETA frequently. Also called 3 other tow companies and Esteps gave the best price by far. The price made me choose them. The smooth process was definitely a bonus. Especially when dealing with other tow companies.
