We just used Estep again today (3.2.26). Another wonderful experience! Great experience with Estep's towing! They towed my daughter's Jeep from Lancaster to Columbus. Easy to schedule and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again!
This is the 2nd time using Estep Towing. After a quick call they towed my Jeep from Canal Winchester to Lancaster for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Had to get my truck towed 60 miles home from a dealership. The process was smooth. From the guy who answered the phone to the guy that towed my truck, and they updated me with the ETA frequently. Also called 3 other tow companies and Esteps gave the best price by far. The price made me choose them. The smooth process was definitely a bonus. Especially when dealing with other tow companies. Told twice that a vehicle was being towed and it was not. Tried calling a third time but they were closed at 4PM and could not leave a voicemail.
