My experience with this dermatologist, Alexandra Brooks at Preferred dermatology and skin cancer surgery was extremely disappointing not only was she rude and insulting the appointment felt rushed and dismissive, but I was also sent outside of the clinic for additional testing that turned out to be completely unnecessary. Had the worst experience at the preferred dermatologist clinic, would not recommend Alexandra Brooks.The rooming staff were disrespectful as well as the back office person. Alexandra treated me like I was not telling the truth and humiliated me. Alexandra told me it would cost one thing and turned into triple that amount, also put me out more $ for testing (out of office)that I did not need (I am a self pay patient). Fantastic office and staff! Alex was great and very helpful, she answered all of my questions and even checked out spots that I hadn’t put down as a concern before my visit. The second time I had a visit, I had my kids with me and they were all kind and understanding about it and even interacted with them. Love this office and would definitely recommend! Thank you Alex and staff!

Love Dr Alexandria, she's been taking care of my husband and I for over a year. She explains what she is doing and makes you feel at ease. The office staff is pleasant as well.
