Bedside manner off the charts. Dr. Brady is sweet, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Made an appointment in July or August of 2025 for Sept or October. They called and canceled . They said they didn't have an appointment till feb of 2026. February 2026 came and appt was at 5:00. Arrived at 5 to tell me it was at 440. Sorry she couldn't see me and needed to reschedule. I came out all the way from Brooklyn just to be turned away. Then had the nerve to log into the charts to say I canceled the appt. Appointments shouldn't be this hard to make. THIS IS NOT OK.
Absolutely amazing! Caring, knowledgeable, and understanding.
I waited almost two months for my new patient appointment. A few days before the visit, the office called to cancel due to a doctor’s family emergency, which I understand. However, they then tried to reschedule me another two months out. That is unacceptable for a new patient who already waited a long time. No alternative options or accommodations were offered. This was disappointing and very poor patient service.
