It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, because after my loved ones first visit I thought I picked a great primary care provider, but I guess that’s only true if you or your loved ones remain healthy with no serious medical issues. Heaven forbid if you are a listed POA, by a legal document, they go out of their way to go against POAs, create hoops for you to jump through and when you do they create new ones or move the previous ones. It was a very good visit. Mrs. Bernard treated it with the same concern and professionalism as if in-office. She reviewed my medical standing, listened and responded to my issues with patience and set forth steps for our follow-up. She DID NOT rush through any at all, making it easier to be comfortable with the change in visit method.
