Dr. *In her response to my review, she said I was discharged for being rude to her staff- a bold faced LIE!* ...The truth was her PA abruptly quit- and she discharged a number of patients as a result. I had a great experience with doctor Alexandra Berger and her staff I've been in Port Saint Lucie for 8 years I wish I would have found her in the beginning. But better now than never I had an insurance issue with another doctor I do believe that things happen for reason. Feels like my doctor from back home that I had for 25yrs...... Three years ago I was your patient and the review is real and true.
TERRIBLE!!! My husband was given an appt for today (Jan 2nd) only to show up and find the OFFICE is CLOSED! He even waited 20min thinking it was a lunch break and called 6x to no avail. He never received a call/text msg/email informing him of the office closure 😡..complete waste of time for him!! This isn’t the first problem we’ve had with them..
