The staff was very nice. The doctor was wonderful. She listened to me and she gave me some suggestions and she was very helpful.
Dr. Berger is kind and gentle. I do not feel pressured or judged about decisions I have to make .She is very informative and you can see and feel that she cares. Best GYN I’ve ever had.
I was informed by Dr. Berger that I required a procedure to remove an IUD with non-visible strings. What followed was a deeply frustrating and poorly managed experience. The office scheduled the incorrect appointment and ordered the wrong replacement IUD — despite me clearly communicating my preferences to the doctor, offering to reiterate them at the front desk, and the information being documented in my chart.
