Dr. Berger is kind and gentle. I do not feel pressured or judged about decisions I have to make .She is very informative and you can see and feel that she cares. Best GYN I’ve ever had.
I was informed by Dr. Berger that I required a procedure to remove an IUD with non-visible strings. What followed was a deeply frustrating and poorly managed experience. The office scheduled the incorrect appointment and ordered the wrong replacement IUD — despite me clearly communicating my preferences to the doctor, offering to reiterate them at the front desk, and the information being documented in my chart. This is my first visit with Dr. Berger, after looking for a new obgy dr. I’m so pleased and confident I have found the kindest doctor that is very professional and take time with the appointment and explained everything with patience.
