Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment at this salon, but when I arrived, no one showed up. There was no stylist, no staff, and no explanation. What made it worse was that nobody contacted me afterward to apologize or offer to reschedule. My time was completely wasted, and the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
