Very welcoming and friendly but professional too. Answered every question and made me feel I was valued as a patient. Would highly recommend.
Alexandra Barnwell PA was very kind, considerate and laid back. I was thankful she was even able to have Dr. Erard stop in to check in on me, as well. Even though I felt kinda dumb after this visit for having the concerns I did, she and Alexandra put me at great ease. All the staff at the Rockford office, from the front door greeter, registration, Medical Assistants x2 and providers were all top notch.
