I had a very frustrating experience. I contacted this office for a time-sensitive review of my legal documents. After waiting several days with no response, I followed up repeatedly. Eventually, I was told the review would take two hours, which I agreed to. Despite daily follow-ups through the secretary, I received no meaningful response for about a week.
