Fast & efficient. I showed up unannounced with a golf cart emergency. Norm was able to get me back on the course by going the extra mile. This will be the only shop I ever take my cart. Highly recommend!
Do not use this company! They are terrible with their communication. I had to call several times with zero returned calls, I repeatedly asked for quotes for the work to be performed, of which I never received a single quote. They performed the work without the approval. Even when their diagnosis was incorrect, the first time they never called to let me know what the new diagnosis was. Even going as far as to tell me that they were “too busy for me“… Never mentioning this before they accepted the job.
This business is extremely unprofessional. They had our golf carts for months with no communication. We called and left voicemails that were not returned. When we finally got a hold of someone, they were extremely unprofessional and rude and then hung up on us. We asked for quotes for the work before repairs where completed and they did not provide any. They fixed the golf carts without our approval on the costs and then charged us. We will not use them again.
