My car wouldn't start so they ruled out the starter and then told to me to replace the whole ignition switch, which they told me was $400 + labor, and I found a part for $180 on google in about 5 seconds. So i took it somewhere else and my mechanic said that my floor mat was wedged underneath my clutch pedal, he pulled it out and didn't charge me a dime.
