The technician arrived promptly, quickly identified the clog about 30 feet down the line using a video inspection camera, and efficiently cleared it. Feels good to have our water pressure back to normal. RXP did the whole thing right and kept us on track with how the progress was going. Guy was very vocal and extremely knowledgeable about how to deal with this(I had no idea what he was explaining but I knew he could get it done).
