The wait time is unreasonable. My mother waited an hour to be taken inside and then waited some more for the doctor to arrive. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. Additionally, she was advised to get blood work however she would need another appointment in order to get her lab results. Most doctors call or post results in your patient portal.
The front office even not listen customer finish talk and hang off the cellphone. The rudest front desk I have ever met.
I have seen Dr. Wong about 4 years now. He is part of my auto immune 'team'. Never had to wait any longer than other appointments. Listens, follows up, staff courteous.
