The emergency was addressed in a very timely manner and with great care and attention to Vernon's needs. Measures were taken to verify any/non injuries and additional care was taken to check for head injuries in addition to the leg and elbow. Medications and vaccines were also verified and further medical needs addressed after discharge. ER was staffed with great care givers who listened and also provided comfort to a person with dementia, which is very important.

Dr. Wisbeck was very personable and knowledgeable. He seemed to ask all the right questions and actually listened to the answers. Not that I want to visit the ER again, but if I have to, I hope Dr. Wisbeck is on duty.

Everyone was professional thorough pleasant and friendly. They got me into the emergency room very promptly

Evidently, this is my latest trip to the emergency room. It was less than stellar! When I arrived, I was informed the computers were down. I told them I needed a catheter, as I couldn't urinate. They seemed to have missed the last part, but they agreed I could be seen. 1. Computer systems are bound to go down at some point. There should be a protocol in place to handle that situation.
