Tried to make appointment for my 90 year old aunt that is very hard of hearing and was told “ we only speak to the client “ and hung up the phone on me
Mr Alexander and staff made a difficult time bearable. I'm so thankful for all the help settling the estate for my family.
Extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Told me that they would not be able to call me back with a simple answer for up to two weeks, hung up on me without even taking my phone number.
Great ..
