Alexander Watson was well priced, with a solid product and an excellent install and follow-up customer service. The house has a much more stable and comfortable temperature since they installed the second layer of batts in the roof space. We noticed an instant 3 degrees Celsius improvement in the house overnight. In the warmer part of the day, the house is much cooler. From start to finish, my experience with Alexander Watson was nothing but positive. The initial property visit and sales chat was arranged for a time convenient for me at our home, the sales rep was well informed but not pushy; and didn't once look annoyed at my fussy 5-month-old baby interrupting us. I highly recommend folks considering insulating their house to go with Alexander Watson. Super professional and personable throughout the experience, and are thorough afterwards to walkthrough and make sure thermally everything is working as expected!
Great interaction with the team preforming the installation on the day, electrical works and including the admin team. Highly recommended for insulation works, makes a huge difference to house hold comfort.
