I am a caregiver for a woman who has been a patient here for around 40yrs. Dr K has a solid office staff. I really liked him. He has up until this point been great about calling us back. We were there at 1pm last Thursday 4/23/26. Was given a referral for X-rays and labs. I asked where would be the best place to take her. Billed my routine physical $250 AND an office visit $250 for the same day even tho my health had not changed, sticking me with a $250 bill even when my physical is 100% covered. Did nothing new and should not have billed me for old maintenance issues. Wanted me to follow up in 3 months for borderline high cholesterol that I have repeatedly refused.
