I had both a crown and veneers done by Dr. Visot, and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Visot was very patient, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The entire process was comfortable, and I always felt that I was in excellent hands. My teeth look beautiful, natural, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new smile. I came in as a new patient and was treated horribly by the front office woman. She was rude , had a mean attitude and very unprofessional. When she told me my insurance does not cover certain procedures I called my insurance to verify and she did not like that. Told me to take the call outside. Then she ordered me up to the front desk twice while I was on the phone with my insurance , in an extreme rude manner. I'll start off by saying I hate the dentist lol but my experience here has been a great one hints why I'm even doin this review but I've been coming here for a while now because the care and service has been pretty gd. Alexander fitted me with crowns and I can say that he and his team did great job. Doctor Alexander is very professional, highly skilled and caring. More over, he has a pleasant charisma. Dr Mark, hygienist is knowledgeable, gentle and patient. Assistant Darcy and receptionist Gaybe are friendly and helpful. Price of treatment is affordable. Waiting time from 0 to 10 mins. I highly recomend this office.
