From the first visit with Dr Alexander Trujillo , it was obvious he does not like to communicate with his patients. It’s as if he doesn’t have enough time and he talks down to his patients. When we went into our initial consult after diagnostic testing being run, he told my husband that he had some significant issues in his heart prescribed nitro told him that he was at high risk for a heart attack until we could get the heart Cath scheduled. Pleased with the treatment and both Murses and Doctor very thorough. Front office. Communications did not please me as when I arrived it was like I had never given info on phone and repeated it all saber again.. Frustrated before even seeing the Doctor.
We are very pleased with the care Dr Trujillo and his staff are providing. They are attentive, responsive and caring. I deeply appreciate that you actually reach a person instead of a voicemail if you call in with a question. I highly recommend them!!!
