Arlene was so nice and understanding towards us when we went in office. My sister and I were devastated, nervous, scared about a loved one but Arlene helped us feel at home and took care of us.... this law firm is a criminal justice law firm but they are very knowledgeable in immigration as well.

My mom paid this poor excuse of a lawyer to defend her case on two occasions and did the bare minimum to help her. Every time my mom asked a question, he would give a vague response that wasn't useful. He also wouldn't notify her whenever things changed. For example, she had a court case and he never notified that the date was changed. My mom only found out because she was the one who called.
