My appointments with Dr. Steele were consistently disappointing. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt gaslighted. As a woman, having health issues written off as “anxiety” is unacceptable and erodes trust. “Do no harm” is the pledge of a doctor, yet by ignoring your patients, you inflict harm. I’ve had several concerning experiences at this office over time. On multiple visits, I’ve overheard staff speaking negatively about patients, which creates an uncomfortable environment and makes it difficult to feel at ease during care. I’ve also encountered dismissive attitudes from the reception and scheduling representatives. I’ve had ongoing issues with the patient portal as well. Horrible doctors office. Takes months to get an appointment then the "Doctor" calls off on the day of my appointment. I show up to my appointment to find out it was cancelled and i was not notified. They had 5 "doctors" quit all at the same time. Worst doctors office I have ever been to. This office does not care about the patients. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, dont waste your time with this doctors office. Id give a 0 if I could. They could not care less at this practice. If youre really feeling unwell and need help expect to be ignored and then eventually told to go to the er.
