I was a patient of this office for years and saw Dr. Dell and Dr. Amy. Most recently I’ve been seen by Amy because Dr. Dell recently retired, Although I had seen Amy multiple times over the course of the past five years before Dr. Dell retired and now the office is telling me that she won’t accept me as a patient because I technically was never her patient in the first place. I really think this place has gone down hill. When we first started going here and needed an appointment we got directly through to front desk now they dont even put us through there so we have to wait just to be told there's no appointments but hey we can get you in next week or next month for a sick call. My kids got sick recently and thats what they told them and sick they never got them to put them on antibiotics now I caught what they had and have been sick over a week This office needs to stop accepting new patients an... read more
I feel bad posting this because I love Dr. Amy Olayiwala, however, she has really let me down this last appointment. I was misdiagnosed by Patient care as I was instructed to go there by Amy's nurse twice. I only got worse. I finally had my appointment with Amy. Always kind and she diagnosed me. Unfortunately, I was not getting better so after much research I found my diagnosis. I messaged Amy on my portal and advised an urgency. I've been going here for 3 years and absolutely loved my doctor ,never have I had a bad experience
Tried calling the office to confirm my lab script was still active because it wasn’t showing in the portal. Waited on hold for 11 minutes after using prompt to speak to a person. Never did speak to anyone and gave up after 11 minutes.
