Visited for review of annual blood chemistry. RN was rude and uncaring. She did not know the purpose of my appointment or which Doctor. She struggled to find my name in the software. Clearly no preparation work was done prior to my visit. Dr. S. visited. He did not care about the RN's behavior. We met eyes for 10 seconds. He spent the entire visit reading from a computer screen.
