My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Scott Alexander for over 8 years. He is absolutely the best Dentist I have ever had. The office staff is always such a pleasure. Yesterday, I needed emergency dental care, and they got me in immediately. So grateful to you all for the years of your services. You are always so kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you!
Dr Alexander is amazing he pays attention to detail and doesn’t rush his work my designer had two crowns designed by him for her implants and he explained in detail what was going to to happen and how he makes the color of the frowns match the other teeth. They match perfect. The front staff is Ahaaaamazing they helped me with all my insurance and even helped with an appeal to the insurance. They falsely accused me of no call no show multiple times when I properly canceled my appointments.
I think I started going here back in 2015 or so and my wife started going with me shortly thereafter. We saw Dr. Alexander for almost 10 years and had nothing but good experiences every single appointment - that's with all members of the staff including Dr Alexander. They're on top of it with reminders and my average wait time up front was maybe 2-3 minutes. I have been going to dr Alexander since 2007 or 2008 and today I drive 45 minutes to 1 hour just for the cleanings and will never switch to anyone else. He is highly skilled and never pushes to do anything that's not necessary. The front staff is pleasant and very organized. The dental hygienist are very professional as well. Never have to wait for a long time to be seen. Excelente dentistry.
