The caretaker is absolutely awesome. The association, not awesome. The welcome packet is not delivered for 2 weeks, you're not informed of meetings or a lot of things, it's verbal but yet we pay over $300 in HOA......REALLY! Patrick should clearly get paid far more monies as he has the best customer service skills than any of the apptd association people.
Alex did both our engagement and our wedding photos. He was wonderful to work with and really made us feel comfortable the entire time. Our photos are beautiful reminders of our amazing day and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
