Love the place and the services offered. The only thing is a few of the girls that were extremely rude. It seems they aren't there any longer so we will return to our frequent visits. One was a receptionist mostly upstairs and the other was a receptionist as well. (But referred to herself as the manager) You would think they owned the place. Most of these reviews are not experiences from Alexander's in Scranton pa. They are from another Alexander's , I think in Hawaii. Alexander's Salon and Spa in Scranton, pa is a wonderful facility with an extremely talented staff!!
