Eric Hettler is a great PA. Had A. Lopez, the NP for my follow up visit...do not recommend her. Appointment was very rushed and she seemed annoyed when I tried asking her a question. She was in and out within 3 mins. Go with PA Hettler instead!
Good human being but, I cannot place my life in his hands. Misdagnosed twice. First for a heart cndition and secondly for an abdominal issue, I was complaining about severe abdominal pain for over 6 months, first he told me to use Probiatic over the counter which didnt help. I contunued to compain about persistent coughing and mocus on my throat especially when I was flat in bed on my back, I went and saw him again multiple times over a span of 6 months, he kept telling me that pain, counghing and mocus would go away on its ... read more

Never answer phones. Staff does not pay attention to refills. Always have to call to get a refill. waste of time ... . UPDATE ... Went in for labs, waited 45 min for my appointment, and lab tech was not even in the building. ridiculous. waste of time again..
