The lady in the front was very rude especially cause I was a new patient. She showed no kind of sympathy, compassion, or any kind of understanding what so ever. She continued by raising her voice at me and speaking to me as if I was less than a person. Very humiliating and she made a huge spectacle in the office at 11:15am in the morning. Not a friendly greeting when you arrive. The receptionist was yawning at 11am. Not very interested in my visit at all. After being ignored I left. Thanks but NO.
Eric Hettler is a great PA. Had A. Lopez, the NP for my follow up visit...do not recommend her. Appointment was very rushed and she seemed annoyed when I tried asking her a question. She was in and out within 3 mins. Go with PA Hettler instead!
Good human being but, I cannot place my life in his hands. Misdagnosed twice. First for a heart cndition and secondly for an abdominal issue, I was complaining about severe abdominal pain for over 6 months, first he told me to use Probiatic over the counter which didnt help. I contunued to compain about persistent coughing and mocus on my throat especially when I was flat in bed on my back, I went and saw him again multiple times over a span of 6 months, he kept telling me that pain, counghing and mocus would go away on its ... read more
