Going here for several months was a huge waste of time. I have medical issues I need help with and special consideration for. Every time I spoke to Dr Rodriguez he was overly happy and nodding, but I wasn’t sure if he understood what I was really saying and I didn’t always get to say what I needed because he’d interject. Dr. Alexander Rodriguez is a sweetheart, but the office staff is the worst I've ever seen, especially considering their work involves working with sick patients. They treat you with attitude and get annoyed when they need to help with any problem, like a prescription refill, something the patient needs; it's not a luxury. They lack empathy and professionalism. McLaren Corporation should restructure its staff. I can see from the messages that there are already many complaints. Take action!!!!!!
Dr Rodriguez is wonderful! Office staff, not so much. Very rude when you call about a complaint. I’ve been there twice and was supposed to get a referral for a CT scan both times. Guess what, no referral. Not impressed with this office at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
