Called the office 3 times through all the extensions and left messages. No return call. I went on the website to set up an appointment - showed up at the assigned time and they didn't have it in the system. Had other issues before and it was the same thing. I guess I need a new dr.
Going here for several months was a huge waste of time. I have medical issues I need help with and special consideration for. Every time I spoke to Dr Rodriguez he was overly happy and nodding, but I wasn’t sure if he understood what I was really saying and I didn’t always get to say what I needed because he’d interject.
