Dr. Alexander Rodriguez is a sweetheart, but the office staff is the worst I've ever seen, especially considering their work involves working with sick patients. They treat you with attitude and get annoyed when they need to help with any problem, like a prescription refill, something the patient needs; it's not a luxury. They lack empathy and professionalism. McLaren Corporation should restructure its staff. I can see from the messages that there are already many complaints. Take action!!!!!!
Dr Rodriguez is wonderful! Office staff, not so much. Very rude when you call about a complaint. I’ve been there twice and was supposed to get a referral for a CT scan both times. Guess what, no referral. Not impressed with this office at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
El doctor es excelente, me sentí muy bien en mi primera cita, tiene una paciencia increíble, y me ayudó con todo lo que necesité, lo recomiendo al 100%
Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful but the customer service at his office is absolutely terrible. They do not return calls. They do not stagger lunches and therefore leave patients waiting in the lobby without answers. It’s very disappointing.
