Dr Rich is the best on the Northshore especially to be putting up with a drama queen such as myself when it comes down to needles!!
Dr. Richerand has a great bedside manner. His staff was wonderful and caring. I felt listened to and they took great care of me and my issues. As a new patient, I was a little nervous, but they calmed my fears and made me feel welcomed. I left pain free and happy. The office is clean and very efficient.
Amazing and personalized experience! Dr. Richerand had the most incredible bedside manner that I have ever experienced in healthcare. He truly listened to my concerns and had me back to feeling like my old self in no time. I cannot recommend him enough!
