Very excellent Dr. He explained things in a way I was able to understand (using non-medical terms and a clear explanation) while lowering my concerns (the information provided, lessened anxieties). Dr. Lloyd showed me what was wrong on the screen, provided me with clear instructions on how to proceed, and had his awesome team making the follow-up appointment with me still in office.
