Mike does a great job completing maintenance orders efficiently and timely. He knows these buildings very well. He is an asset to the Alexander Pointe Apartments. He also has a great sense of humor too which is a bonus! 💝😎
We moved here when the community first opened, and for years, it was a great experience—the office staff was helpful, and maintenance was always responsive. The maintenance guy Mike is the best in the business. Anytime we have requested something to be looked at or fixed he is there within 24 hours and gets it fixed everytime.
Michael does such a great job whenever we have issues in the apartment. He came in and checked out the situation and fixed it. Always friendly and kind.
