Best thing about this place was the maintenance crew. I moved into an apartment that was dirty and smelly. Had to move in late because of the time it took to clean the apartment. I had to move out because of the terrible smell that would not go away. It flared my asthma. I asked to relocate to a different apartment and they said I could not unless I completed a one year lease. I then decided I needed to leave and was charged because I did not give 45 days notice to evacuate on a three month lease. They counted 37 days. I lef... read more

Mike does a great job completing maintenance orders efficiently and timely. He knows these buildings very well. He is an asset to the Alexander Pointe Apartments. He also has a great sense of humor too which is a bonus! 💝😎

We moved here when the community first opened, and for years, it was a great experience—the office staff was helpful, and maintenance was always responsive. It was actually my first time staying in an apartment this long! Unfortunately, frequent management changes led to inconsistent policies. Before moving in, I was told that minor wear (like paint peeling or small nail holes) wouldn’t be an issue—just like other apartments I’d lived in, where walls were repainted between residents. The maintenance guy Mike is the best in the business. Anytime we have requested something to be looked at or fixed he is there within 24 hours and gets it fixed everytime.

Michael does such a great job whenever we have issues in the apartment. He came in and checked out the situation and fixed it. Always friendly and kind.
