I have lived here for a few years now and overall I have been happy. It's nice to have a dog park onsite and while I don't really use the other amenities I know many people enjoy them. Brittney in the office is so helpful and kind! She helped with with a situation recently and I am very impressed with her professionalism and level of care. My tour went great! Brittany was very professional, organized made me comfortable being there. She was very informative on my questions regarding the property and its details. Going through a divorce she made the process very easy and comforting. I appreciated that!
The apartment manager does not provide any help to the tenants. I live in this situation. The apartment does not meet the requirements. It has been closed for 3 years. When I apply, they keep deceiving us by not moving. I do not recommend the apartment. I give it a 0 rating. As a tenant, my children got a virus on their face and were hospitalized. I can't even believe this.
