My parents, 81 & 76, had a burst water main pipe, their housing association thought it acceptable the only water they had for 8 days was little more than a trickle from the kitchen sink. Found out metroplumb were the ones with the task of fixing it so rang them direct & what life savers they were. From Sarah in the office, to the fella, ex Navy & South African, who dug the hole & fixed the pipe, sorry mum didn't ask his name, couldn't have been happier with the service. Greg was very friendly and polite both over the phone and in person. He first called me informing they were really busy and unable to attend the same day and offered to come the next day instead. When I explained my circumstances, Greg stepped in and went the extra mile to fix the problem. Excellent service and highly appreciated. :) Cannot recommend enough!! Many thanks Greg!
